- Scaled the insurance business at MakeMyTrip by 5x within 3 years, starting from a high base (outperforming Policybazaar in volumes with a disproportionately smaller team)
- Data-science-powered Price Lock at Goibibo & MakeMyTrip
- SEO for Goibibo flights
- Achieved 99% recharge success rate at Freecharge (moving from 96% to 99% was exceptionally challenging)
- Launched mutual funds from scratch at Freecharge
- Unified login/sign-up at Freecharge — significant boost to Mweb conversion
