  • Scaled the insurance business at MakeMyTrip by 5x within 3 years, starting from a high base (outperforming Policybazaar in volumes with a disproportionately smaller team)
  • Data-science-powered Price Lock at Goibibo & MakeMyTrip
  • SEO for Goibibo flights
  • Achieved 99% recharge success rate at Freecharge (moving from 96% to 99% was exceptionally challenging)
  • Launched mutual funds from scratch at Freecharge
  • Unified login/sign-up at Freecharge — significant boost to Mweb conversion
  • Snapdeal COD refund automation
  • Snapdeal return reduction project
  • Built and mentored a team of process analysts from within the call center, many of whom now hold senior positions at leading companies
